Welcome to Mile High Ultimate
The goal of MHU is to help build the Ultimate community in the Denver Metro Area. MHU promotes the Spirit of the Game which is what sets Ultimate apart from other team sports. MHU is a coed semi-competitive league. We welcome any level of experience. The spring league for 2010 begins April 11th and will go until June 6th which is when the tournament will be held. We will not be offering a weekday team based league in the spring. We're working on it for the summer though.

This fall We are offering both a Sunday Draft League this fall AND a Monday Night Team based league
